Develop and implement individualized care plans and treatment regimens based on patient needs, preferences, and evidence-based practice guidelines. Primary Care Services: Provide primary care services, including preventive care, health maintenance, and health promotion activities such as screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling. Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders through medication management, monitoring, and patient education. Women's Health Services: Perform gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, breast exams, and Pap smears, to screen for gynecological conditions and reproductive health issues. Provide contraceptive counseling, family planning services, and prenatal care for pregnant patients, including prenatal assessments, screenings, and education.
