Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist accountant to ensure client contractual requirements are met in regard to billing and accounts receivable.
* Support the accountant to audit client billing and project ledger, in compliance with contract requirements, GAAP and company policy.
* Process accounts payable for vendor invoices and ensure accounts are up to date for assigned projects.
* Process accounts payable for subcontractor invoices, and work with accountant to ensure all applicable lien waivers are submitted and contracts and insurance requirements are in place.
* Assist with completing the monthly close process, ensuring all client bills and project costs are posted or accrued if work is in place and of material value.
* Provide monthly updates to projects assets and rentals for insurance documentation with project team.
* Assist with project financial closeout, ensure final contract amount and closeout documentation requirements have been met as agreed to by subcontractors.
* Assist with all internal and external audit requests.
* Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000.00 - 90,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Opportunity Summary
The Utility Operator role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power plant. Primary Functions
Your scope of responsibility as
Utility Operator
will include the following primary functions:
Assist operations with daily tasks as directed by the O&M Manager, including monitoring equipment and system performance.
Respond promptly and effectively to abnormal operating situations, prioritizing safety and environmental compliance.
Assist with material handling, fuel transfer, and chemical off-loading tasks as needed and in accordance with established procedures.
Operate and maintain mobile equipment, including industrial forklifts, man lifts, and other machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
Perform basic maintenance and site activities independently, such as vehicle maintenance, plant and site housekeeping, equipment inspections, and minor adjustments, to maintain operational reliability.
Assist Mechanical and IC&E maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and completing complex maintenance tasks.
Follow safe work practices, identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions as approved by Management.
Maintain awareness of environmental regulations, identify potential hazards, and conduct inspections and environmental sampling as required.
Complete required record-keeping, documentation, and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document plant deficiencies, track maintenance activities, schedule work, and order necessary materials.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving standard operating procedures to enhance plant efficiency and safety.
Maintain overall plant housekeeping by ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas, equipment, and common spaces.
Complete all required training and qualifications to become an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician, ensuring readiness for assigned duties.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with plant operations, safety procedures, and technical skills. Assist in training other personnel to enhance operational knowledge and team capabilities.
Perform additional duties and special assignments as designated by plant management to support overall facility operations.

Working Relationships
The Utility Operator reports to the Operations and Maintenance Manager and takes direction from the Plant Manager and other plant personnel as needed.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working from elevated platforms and walkways at varying heights, and routinely lifting up to 50 pounds.
Power plant environment that will involve entering confined spaces, crawling through narrow areas, and handling hazardous materials, with exposure to fumes, extreme temperatures, and noise. Work may include high heat near equipment and varying outdoor weather conditions.
Some duties may require the use of protective equipment, which can include hard hats, safety glasses, and eye protection, respirators, ear protection, chemical suits, flame-resistant clothing (FRC), hot gloves, high-voltage protective gear, and fall protection. Fit testing for respirators will be required. Strict smoking restrictions apply in and around the facility.
Fitness for Duty
All personnel will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program, which includes a post-offer physical examination, drug screening, and post-employment random drug screening.
Work Schedule
This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, during regular dayshift hours. Position may also require extended working hours and varied shifts with the possibility of weekend and holiday work, as required by schedules, workload, and plant conditions. "On call" status will periodically be required.
Compensation
The initial hourly rate of pay will range from $32 to $39 per hour and will include an annual performance bonus.
Job Qualifications
Ability to understand procedures and instructions specific to the area of assignment as would be acquired in four years of high school.
Valid Massachusetts 2nd Class Fireman's License is required for consideration.
Prior experience with electrical and mechanical systems, as well as proficiency in using hand tools, portable electric and pneumatic tools, and rigging equipment such as winches, hoists, and slings.
Ability to safely use, handle, and inspect equipment containing hazardous energy, chemicals, and waste, as defined under various safety and environmental regulations, and perform maintenance near these sources.
Understanding of combustion and steam turbine operations, steam generation, industrial safety, hazardous waste management, and plant performance monitoring is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of power plant safety, regulations, and procedures, including chemical handling, high-energy systems, confined spaces, fire suppression, and heavy equipment. Familiarity with OSHA and NFPA standards is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license, ensuring it remains in good standing at all times.

Training will be provided for specific machinery and processes. Starting pay is $18.00 and up depending on experience, plus off shifts (2nd or 3rd) receive a 10% shift premium. Position Summary:
The Machine Operator operates equipment in the manufacturing production area such as slitter, bonding mill, or rolling mill. Measure and check materials and parts essential to the manufacture and test of a given product. This may include, test equipment, inspect machines and other related equipment. Follows Standard Operating Procedures.

Performs various operations on a wide variety of parts, including complex, delicate parts of exacting tolerances.
Must be able to work from prints and route cards.
Inspect parts and gauge material.
Set up and maintain various machines.

Perform routine equipment inspections and ensure machines are in good working condition

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Possess a valid driver's license, learner's permit, or Massachusetts state ID
Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License (in one or more of the classes listed above)
Must provide medical clearance via one of the following:
DOT Medical Card
RMV Intrastate Waiver
ANSI/ASME B30.5 Certification or Checklist
At least one year of traveling or outdoor construction labor experience.
Ability to work in all conditions and climates.
A proven history of problem solving and contributing to crew success.
Commitment to construction crew safety principles and practices.
Dependability and punctuality: ability to be on time, all the time, every time.
Required Hoisting License Endorsements:
We are specifically looking for operators with one or more of the following license classes:
2A - Excavators
4B - Drill Rigs
4C - Pipeline Side Booms
4D - Concrete Pumps
4E - Catch Basin Cleaners
1C - Telescoping Booms (no cables), Forklifts
Work Environment
Outdoor work in all climates and conditions, including rail-specific hazards.
Exposure to construction site noise and vibration; hearing protection may be required.
Regular heavy lifting (75 lbs.+) of construction materials on site.
