Our Dallas based manufacturing client is in search of an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for multiple IT projects including enterprise ERP system migrations. The PM will be responsible for scheduling and resource planning, and ensuring project progresses and that all issues relevant to budget, quality, and schedule are appropriately addressed.
Job Responsibilities
Provide services including planning, scheduling, and management for ERP Migration projects to D365 - Finance / Manufacturing / Project Operations
Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, tasks and required activities.
Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confers with project staff to outline work plan.

Job Requirements

5+ years' experience in IT project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Deliverables: Ensure project documents are complete, processed, and stored appropriately, and manage deliverables via document management systems.
Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate submittals to finance for customer invoicing.
Task Management: Efficiently move between unrelated tasks, prioritize when necessary, and manage time effectively.
Travel: Some travel may be involved based on client needs.
Hours: This is a full-time position.May involve evening and occasional weekend work.
Will require long hours.
Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Preferred Education and Experience:
3+ years of infrastructure project management experience, especially with large clients.
Understanding of the Telecommunications Industry.
Hands-on field technician experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including late-night cutovers if necessary.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC tools.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Range of Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 Annually
