Our Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. This means everything from high-level strategy to operational details. We're excited about you because… * You are an operator. You are excited to experience our operation firsthand to inform your strategy. * You solve problems from first principles. You're excited to think innovatively, and you resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking. * You're analytical. You possess a sharp analytical mind, and can extract and communicate meaningful insights from data to drive strategic decisions. You are comfortable with SQL and data visualization tools. * You have 4-6+ years of experience. You've succeeded in high-performing cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or a related experience). * You have a completed Bachelor's Degree. * Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
