Do you work at 50 Floor?
Does 50 Floor effectively differentiate itself from competitors?
Good work/life balance provided that this is a 1099 position and leads are provided and for the most part are decent. However, the leads are not evenly distributed. Regardless, of your performance and selling skills the odds are highly stacked against you. If you are favored the leads are of much greater quality and quantity. However, the high turnover with the GM position (4 in less than a year) has led the decision to grant access to individuals to assist with the distribution of leads and this has resulted in the individual to cherry pick their own leads and make twice as much as the next rep regardless of their selling skills. If you question this or voice any concerns in private or publicly in any form you are exiled and squeezed until it’s no longer feasible for you to stay. Even if you live in a good geographic area they will have you travel the distance to the middle of nowhere while the 'protected' reps travel into your area on good leads. The product and service is competitively priced. However, FAVORITISM is RAMPANT and it’s known of the extreme nepotism that exists so much so that the senior reps don’t voice concerns, stay to themselves because they are aware of the consequences if they do.
