An engineer by training, a sales professional by experience, and storyteller by passion, I am now at the height of my persuasive powers. I love to help people solve their challenges with technology. I live for the experience and satisfaction of successful technology implementations. I have become expert at developing the pitch. I have a knack for explaining complicated technology to non-technical people.

Along the path of my career, I have had the honor of building a few high-performance teams and am now in the process of building the biggest, most bad-ass team ever. It is thrilling to be part of a team of A players who love their work. I have honed my ability to identify, recruit and inspire smart, independent and passionate people.

To keep things fresh, I volunteer each year to mentor business startups competing in the Minnesota Cup as an Entrepreneur in Residence at University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. My teams have won the Grand prize and have been winners of their divisions.
