    Job DescriptionDescription: Summary/Objective The Scheduler will oversee the day-to-day scheduling tasks to keep staff and client schedules up-to-date so operations can run smoothly. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: scheduling and payroll. Essential Duties Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, ABA family guidance, OT services, and SLP services (as applicable). Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules in Measure for accuracy and approving for payroll. See scheduler job aid for full details and responsibilities. Serves as the systems expert for Measure and, as such, field questions related to the systems. Monitors client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team. Competencies Communication. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. In addition, this position requires the ability to remain seated at a normal desk for extended periods of time. Employees are required to ensure they are otherwise standing up, moving, stretching or prepared to be as active as necessary to preserve their health and welfare. Position Expected Hours of Work Pathways prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and is committed to helping employees protect their personal time. This is a full-time hybrid position with standard hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site at our Ann Arbor office three days per week and remotely two days per week. Requirements: Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in scheduling or managing others. Ability to navigate technology. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors' degree in business or related field. Three to five years of business administration experience.

Ensure implementation of programs according to company standards of excellence. Collaborate closely with BCBA colleagues. Report to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA. Requirements Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Two (2) years minimum experience in providing ABA services. Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership. Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to interact with clients, including but not limited to; bending, twisting, and moving quickly. TB, background checks and clearance, infant/child CPR and First Aid certification will be required.
