1941 Upon his father’s death, Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu left his graduate education which he was enthusiastic about and took up business life and his first success was from the leather trade which was also his father’s profession.
1944 The flour factory was founded with Hacı Ahmet İnceoğlu.
1951 They entered into the textile industry with the establishment of the ginnery.
1966 The Abalıoğlu family decided to end the partnership.
1975 They participated as the principal partner in Dentaş. A.Ş. which was established as a publicly-held company.
1984 They entered into a partnership with ERBAKIR Elektrolit Bakır Mamulleri A.Ş.which was founded by the Erikoğlu family.
1985 Viol Facilities were established to manufacture cellulosic package under Dentaş A.Ş.
1991 Cotton yarn production was started by Abalıoğlu Tekstil San.
1993 Paper Unit was installed to be the main production input of Dentaş A.Ş.
1996 DOÇEV (The Nature and Environment Foundation) was founded.
1998 C.N. Wire Corporation which was the first foreign business was established to increase efficiency and sales of Er-Bakır products in the USA market.
1999 Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Education and Culture Foundation was founded.
2004 SC Dentaş Romania SRL owned by Dentaş Kağıt Sanayi A.Ş. was established in Bucharest.
It started production in 2006.
2006 CSA Textile Egypt S.A.E. was established in Egypt, Alexandria in line with the investment plans of Abalıoğlu Tekstil San.
2007 Abalıoğlu Pamuk Sanayi A.Ş. obtained the establishment license for licensed warehousing and changed its name to Abalıoğlu Tarım Ürünleri Lisanslı Depoculuk ve Sanayi A.Ş. and became the first licensed warehousing company established in Turkey.
2007 Çevrim Atık Toplama Ayırma ve Dönüşüm A.Ş. was founded in Denizli.
A.Ş. started to invest in the corrugated cardboard factory in Adana. It started production in 2007.
2008 Filidea Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in Denizli/Turkey and Filidea SRL Biella in Italy with 50% partnership of Abalıoğlu Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş. and Marchi & Fildi SPA.
A.Ş. It started production in 2008.
2009 Abalıoğlu Friendly Society was established.
2010 A partnership was entered into with İvme Grup Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
2012 Abalıoğlu Doğal Kaynaklar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in Denizli.
2013 Abalıoğlu Holding ve Dentaş Kağıt San.A.Ş. left the corrugated cardboard and waste separation and recycling sectors.
2014 Er-Bakır invests in production with C.N Wire Corporation in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
2014 Dentaş Kağıt Sanayi A.Ş. Aksaray has established its second facility and started production.
