The Immunology Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) will work closely with multiple AbbVie cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, alignment, and successful development of area marketing strategy and execution. This field-based marketing role will be responsible for the development and optimization of national and regional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Annual Strategic Brand Plans.
The RMM will act as the face of the AbbVie Marketing team with our External Experts, developing, implementing, and maintaining interactions for the purpose of insight generation within assigned geographies. Additionally, the RMM works within a team-based environment to optimize brand performance across AbbVie Immunology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing
Lead projects compliantly and effectively through the promotional review process to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion (meets deadlines). Ensures that regulatory guidelines and AbbVie processes are followed
Manage strategy, execution and budgeting for national and regional conventions, External Expert consulting, advisory boards, and commercial peer-to-peer education programming.
Continually applies knowledge and evaluates the effectiveness of key marketing tactics, making strategic recommendations to leadership on opportunities for brand optimization
Ability to provide in-depth insights based on the brands key business questions to provide input on marketing strategy, resource optimization and tactic development that drives brand performance
Lead partnerships with field leadership in assigned geography to optimize pull-through of marketing strategies
Responsible for understanding a geographical area's market drivers, competitive landscape, provider dynamics and competitive intelligence across the assigned geography
Coordinate the direction and deliverables of multiple external vendors and internal departments including Agency Partners, Marketing functions, Market Research, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Office of Ethics and Compliance, and IT
Thought Leader Engagement
Identify, build, and strengthen commercial relationships with External Experts, emerging leaders, and relevant patient and professional associations within assigned geography
Develop regional engagement plans for External Experts and ensure consistent tactical execution throughout the year to drive key marketing engagement
Demonstrate In-depth understanding of external and internal drivers across multiple external stakeholder groups and appropriately connecting AbbVie's Integrated Brand Teams on opportunities for collaboration based on aligned objectives, in compliance with industry standards
Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in sales, sales management, or marketing with at least 2 years of experience in Immunology (preferred)
Previous Gastroenterology experience preferred

Valid driver's license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment

This is a full-time, direct hire, hybrid position with the ability to work remotely 2 days per week. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar major. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
7 or more years of recent experience in a Product Management/Commercial Demand Planning role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with responsibility for the job duties listed below.
Strong background in product launch planning, commercial and competitive analysis, statistical software, forecasting techniques, and pharmaceutical supply chain demand planning.
Experience utilizing pharma industry databases, including IQVIA, ProspectoRx, First Databank, and FDA Orange Book.
Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP or similar)

Job Summary:
Provide product management, modeling and commercial analysis to support product development and life cycle management. This role will manage product forecasting, demand planning, competitive analytics, reporting, and product launch coordination. This team member's strategic forecasting and planning skills will be instrumental in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and supporting the company's overall strategic goals.
Job duties include:
Product Management
Conduct product forecasting/modeling for all commercial products, which supports business case development, demand planning, manufacturing readiness, and financial budgeting.
Provide commercial business insights and reporting to support growth and commercial execution, including competitive and market share analysis, business and competitive intelligence reporting, product performance and ad hoc.
Support and coordinate the execution of new product launch plans.
Support business development modeling and modeling for new product targets.
Responsible for performing commercial analytics, insight generation and competitive analysis.
Contribute to financial quarterly planning cycle, including owning commercial re-forecasting models and supporting portfolio sales economics.
Provide overall analysis of company revenue and provide support for the finance and leadership teams in understanding portfolio changes, including those driven by the outside commercial team (BD, R&D, etc.).
Support the development of marketing materials for existing and new product launches, including sell sheets, product catalog, PR, advertising, podium, white papers, etc.
Support commercial and market assessments to drive execution of new product launches and achieve product targets.
Support the management and reporting of pipeline postmortem and launch success tracking.
Coordinate with the finance team to deliver ad hoc analysis.
Demand Planning:
Utilize statistical models, market analysis, and historical data to forecast demand for pharmaceutical products (new and existing) across different regions and markets.
Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring that shortages and excesses are minimized.
Partner with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant data and insights that inform demand forecasts and inventory planning.
Develop demand forecasts for new product launches, considering factors such as market potential, regulatory timelines, and competitor analysis.
Identify potential risks to supply chain operations, such as supplier delays or regulatory changes, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Monitor forecast accuracy and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve forecasting models and processes.

The Associate Director (AD), Market Access Marketing - Sleep will support the Sleep Franchise team with a remit of optimally positioning Jazz products to enable patient access in an increasingly challenging and evolving US access landscape.
The AD, Market Access Marketing - Sleep will report to and primarily function as strategic support to the Director, Market Access Marketing - Sleep and lead the tactical execution in support of brand strategy. The AD is responsible for the implementation of the payer value proposition and promotional/non-personal tools and tactics for use with third party payers. In addition, this individual will work cross-functionally with various field teams including Payer Account teams, Field Access and Reimbursement teams, and Field Sales teams to ensure they are equipped with programs, tools, resources, and messaging to optimize customer engagement and ensure patient access.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking: Think strategically across indications to identify opportunities to align and further complement efforts to maximize value communication
Brand Plan Execution: Work with the marketing team and other stakeholder functions to execute and refine brand tactical plan with the goal of driving both awareness and perception of access among target audiences; participate in the development and execution of the annual brand planning process. Build, coordinate, and orchestrate a cross-functional view of full market access activities and activations
Value Communication: Craft compelling payer value propositions, messaging platforms, and tools that resonate with key stakeholders including payers, providers, healthcare decision-makers
Resource Development: Create innovative tools and materials (e.g., pull through materials, resource guides, AMCP dossiers, value decks, field training modules) to support field teams in effectively communicating product value and outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, Brand Marketing, and Sales teams to align access strategies and ensure consistent execution
Insight Generation: Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze relevant data, and monitor competitive and market trends to generate meaningful payer/HCP insights for use in business decision-making
Performance Measurement: Lead the development and coordination of performance measurement and reporting across responsible assets and KPIs to ensure access messaging is effectively delivering on brand access objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred
7+ years of combined experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or related field
4+ years of experience in Market Access Marketing, Patient Support Services, and/or Payer Account Management
Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics and reimbursement pathways
Thorough understanding of processes to develop and obtain approval of promotional materials, including navigating Medical, Regulatory, and legal reviews
