Records and documents on all required documentation, including but not limited to the shift communication log, shift change form, temperature logs, visitor's log, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities, preferably in a behavior-focused residential home.
