What would you do?
Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority.
At a Consultant level, it could be:
+ Assess current supply chain maturity (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution) and define digital supply chain strategies enabled by AI/ML.
+ Design and implement AI-powered planning solutions (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production scheduling, capacity planning).
+ Partner with leading supply chain technology providers (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle, SAP, E2Open) to design and deploy integrated, cloud-based planning platforms.
+ Apply generative AI and agent-based modeling to accelerate scenario planning, exception management, and autonomous decision-making.
+ Define and implement AI-enabled supply chain control towers for real-time visibility, risk sensing, and proactive disruption management.
+ Collaborate with clients to deploy predictive maintenance, digital twins, and intelligent automation in manufacturing and distribution networks.
+ Translate business challenges into AI/ML use cases, build proof-of-concepts, and scale solutions to enterprise level.
+ Support data strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure high-quality, AI-ready supply chain data across ERP, PLM, MES, and logistics platforms.
+ Bring Accenture's AI ecosystem and partnerships (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, data/ML vendors) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What would you do?
Most of the team works on one or more projects at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Principal Director level, it could be:
+ Act as a thought partner to Accenture and client senior leadership on digital transformation strategies and system investments
+ Lead projects in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing driving complex business and technology transformations and providing strategic advice across areas such as Planning, Manufacturing and Fulfilment - including
+ Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business systems supporting advanced therapy (e.g. cell & gene, radio pharmaceuticals) operations across clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and commercialization functions.
+ Partner cross-functionally with key client stakeholders to align digital and system capabilities with the unique and evolving needs of the advanced therapy business.
+ Lead diverse, global Accenture teams setting strategy, coaching and driving engagement
+ Create supply chain and Manufacturing thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
+ Shape client's transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment using deep knowledge of planning, manufacturing or logistics and fulfilment

The Work:
+ Support the design and implementation of SAP TMS solutions to optimize transportation planning and execution.

Qualification

* Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Retail clients including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Logistics / Supply Chain area. (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Retail clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model
* Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
