Education/Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree, in Finance or Accounting required, Master's preferred, and 4-6 years practical experience in either an operating/product-driven company, public accounting company, or mix required. CPA preferred but not required. Proficiency in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting, and experienced in assisting in financial audit preparation. ERP experience preferred. Serve as a financial advisor to the business, provide guidance on internal controls, compliance and risk mitigation. Maintain a high level of customer service and personal integrity.
