During the early 1990’s AMS broadened its capabilities into the industrial marketplace providing mechanical services for light industrial and manufacturing industries.
History of Fabrication at Action Inc. started in the early 1990’s; with an individual insisting that he refused to travel to work on a project at the Bull Shoals Dam.
In 1999, Ray Rushing, founder and vice president, decided to hang up his snips and retire.
In 2004, Dan Johnston’s health began to seriously decline.
In 2007, a group of us traveled to a facility in Denver, Colorado to tour a facility that was ahead of us in the fabrication process.
Sadly, Dan Johnston passed on May 12, 2008.
In 2012 with the goal of completing its commercial diversification, AMS added a plumbing business group consisting of both plumbing service and construction.
