Mr. Marguglio is a co-founder of Adamis and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Business Officer and serves on the Board of Directors. He joined Adamis in 2006 as Vice President, Business Development and Investor Relations and from 2011 to 2017 served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Marguglio held various positions with Citigroup Global Markets, Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. Before entering the financial industry, from 1994 to 1996, he founded and ran two different startup companies, the latter of which was eventually acquired by a Fortune 100 company. Mr. Marguglio began his career as a financial analyst after receiving a degree in finance and management from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.

Expertise in Clinical-Regulatory trials in infectious disease, vaccines, anaphylaxis, substance abuse, allergy, asthma, autoimmunity, and cancer. I am a physician scientist who received an MD degree from the Chicago Medical School where I completed research in immunology with Dr. Yoon Berm Kim. After a pediatric residency which included a "research track" at SUNY Stony Brook, I trained in the Laboratory of Clinical Investigation at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, National Institutes of Health. I have been involved in clinical trials and Company leadership for over thirty years. I am also a practicing physician. I have been fortunate to successfully work with KOL's including the late Dr. Jonas Salk. I have worked closely with FDA, WHO, CDC, and NIH. My focus has always been about the patient and evidenced based therapeutics and vaccines that advances public health. My experience includes the execution of successful phase 1-3 trials in both pediatric and adult populations in the U.S. , Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. I have been involved in multiple phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials including preventative and therapeutic vaccines, biologics, small molecules for COVID19. rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, multiple sclerosis, CMV, HIV, anaphylaxis and antivirals (influenza and parainfluenza). I have also been the lead for two successful vaccine BLA’s and two successful NDA's. I have led advisory panel meeting with both the FDA and EMEA. I have been involved in FAST Track, Orphan and Breakthrough Designations. As a physician I have a unique understanding of science, clinical niches, clinical operations, and regulatory strategy. I am an author of over 100 peer reviewed publications and has given hundreds of presentations at key scientific and regulatory meetings. My publications include co-authors include the late Jonas Salk and Robert Gallo. I have held major management positions in biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and has been involved with executing successful partnerships and fund raising including experience as a CEO and CMO. I have successfully completed private and public equity raises including NIH and BARDA funding. Specialties: Board certified in Allergy/Immunology. I am also a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma,and Immunology

David C. Benedicto was named Chief Financial Officer in August 2021. Prior to this, Benedicto served as Chief Accounting Officer since May 2021.
