    **SMT Operator I** Operate SMT equipment including screen printers, paste inspection, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. Work closely with team members to set up and run production jobs as directed by supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and load/unload SMT equipment (screen printer, paste inspection, pick-and-place, reflow oven) + Follow work instructions with strong attention to detail + Identify and troubleshoot minor issues; escalate larger issues as needed + Work effectively in a team environment under time constraints + Maintain a safe, clean workspace in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies + Use Microboard MIS (Aegis) software + Complete component identification training **Qualifications:** + 0-3 years of SMT or manufacturing experience (or equivalent) + Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision + Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills + Experience with feeders and SMT equipment preferred **Preferred (for higher-level operators):** + 1-5 years of SMT experience + Setup and maintenance of SMT machines + IPC-610 Certification + Ability to train or support other operators **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Responsibilities: The Team Tech is responsible for ensuring the correct operation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly production equipment in accordance with governing documentation. This person will also initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformances related to the product and equipment.
