Additional Information
The salary for this role at the noted RRD location is $20 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. This role will directly support the compliance program for the Gemini Credit Card product. The Gemini Credit Card is a unique, consumer credit card that offers up to 4% back in the cryptocurrency of the customer's choice. As a Regulatory Compliance Associate for the Gemini Credit Card product, this individual is a compliance subject matter expert across various consumer finance regulations. An Associate is expected to provide support for senior Compliance team members and key compliance initiatives. An Associate will also represent the Compliance team with other members of Gemini and respond to inquiries from Gemini's bank partner, regulators, and other external parties. The Compliance Associate will have a strong resourceful aptitude for organization, applying rules and regulations in real-time scenarios as well as collaboration with inter-departmental business unit owners, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Responsibilities:
Help manage the Issue Management program to ensure appropriate mitigation, remediation, root cause analysis, tracking, reporting and resolution. Incumbent will lead and work across all functional areas, including advising Business and Product stakeholders, to ensure successful resolution and timely handling of issues in accordance with partner-bank expectations and regulatory requirements, such as those related to UDAAP, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, CAN-SPAN and more.
Lead the development and monitoring of KRIs and KPIs to measure the program's health.
Take a supporting role in identifying, mapping out, documenting, and rating controls and risks as part of our Risk Assessment program.
Gather, review, and analyze data to evaluate potential issues and risks and provide actionable compliance recommendations as well reporting of metrics.

Respond to audit, partner bank, and regulatory requests.

Review escalations from key compliance processes based on defined risk thresholds.

Assist in maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including those related to credit card operations.
Work with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure a well-integrated approach to regulatory compliance.
Lead reporting to oversight and governance committees on the state of compliance risk and prepare reporting materials.
Support senior members of the Compliance team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Preferred CRCM or similar certifications.
2-4 years of compliance experience in credit, banking, fintech, or other financial regulatory compliance industry with a focus on credit card regulatory compliance.
Possess understanding of credit and banking laws and regulations including UDAAP, ECOA, MLA/SCRA, FCRA, GLBA, and other consumer lending regulations.
Ability to identify potential compliance issues and work effectively to remediate them.
Demonstrate a track record of supporting key Compliance initiatives.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for efficiently handling a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including picking, packing, shipping, putting away inventory, performing kitting projects, bagging and tagging items, and participating in safety and cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick products from designated locations as per order specifications.
Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring all packages are labeled correctly and meet shipping standards.
Prepare orders for shipping, including weighing, labeling, and documentation.
Shipping:
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking items against packing lists and shipping documents.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Inventory Management:
Put away inventory in the correct locations, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
Kitting Projects:
Assemble kits according to detailed instructions, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.
Verify kit contents against production orders and maintain quality standards.
Bagging and Tagging:
Bag and tag items accurately, ensuring correct labeling for identification and tracking.
Maintain records of tagged items and update inventory systems accordingly.
Safety Measures:
Participate in daily safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to management immediately.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Assist in the upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
