Mark Hughes currently serves on several technology company Boards supporting merger-acquisition and integration activities. Mr. Hughes is also a technical and business executive consultant to the Air Force on major space and fighter weapons systems. Mr. Hughes served as Executive Vice President of Operations at SunGard Availability Services, Inc. where he operated a $1.8B disaster recovery and managed services entity. During his tenure, he led the acquisition and integration of the $100M VeriCenter Hosting operation. Prior to SunGard, Mr. Hughes served as Chief Financial Officer of Inflow. Prior to his CFO role, he served as Inflow’s Vice President of Finance and Business Operations. Mr. Hughes served 24 years in the Air Force, retiring as a Colonel, leading the development and acquisition of our nation’s most advanced aircraft and satellite systems. Mr. Hughes holds a Bachelor’s from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master’s in Management Science from the University of Dayton, and a Master’s in National Security Strategy, concentrating on Information Warfare and Strategy from the National War College.
