The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications. The General Radiologic & Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures; reviews all necessary documentation related to the procedures and performs related clinical and administrative duties. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrated interest in meeting patient needs and assuring patient satisfaction.Operating knowledge of radiographic equipment.Performs all diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures within assigned area, including Mammography.Reviews all necessary documentation to perform diagnostic procedures.Performs preventative visual and manual inspections for each radiographic room/equipment assigned ensuring appropriate maintenance and cleanliness.Performs related clinical and clerical duties associated with the patient procedure.Assists in the managing of the radiographic procedures through the coordination of resources, to facilitate optimal efficiency. Assures that the procedures performed are in accordance with policies and procedures.Performs warm up calibration procedures necessary to ready the equipment for patient imaging.Assists in the procurement of all necessary supplies.Informs the supervisor of any equipment needing repair to insure prompt service.Contributes to a positive climate and open communication for a team approach. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication and team work skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, customer oriented highly professional environment.Ability to establish and maintain mutually supportive, productive working relationships with colleagues, staff, and physicians.Proven record of taking direction professionally from other medical personnel.Demonstrated ability to learn on the job. Summary: The Residential Technician (RT) provides direct patient support under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment. This role includes performing vital signs and observations, assisting with admissions and discharges, supporting daily living activities, maintaining unit cleanliness, and updating documentation within the Withdrawal Management and Intensive departments Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs and documents all vital signs accurately and promptly. Performs and documents hourly observations promptly. Performs and documents fall risk observations promptly. Responsible for the admission process for both the Withdrawal Management and Intensive units, including the search, storage and documentation process. Responsible for the discharge process for both the Withdrawal Management and Intensive units, including proper handling of patient belongings and documentation process. Ensures patients receive all possessions and medications upon discharge. Responsible for updating the communication log, census, and other misc. shared documents Assists patients with ADLs as needed. Responsible for registration of new patients to both programs Responsible for the nightly process in Epic, if applicable Responsible for managing the doctor's list of physicals and preparing the patients to see the doctor Maintains cleanliness of the unit, kitchenette, patients rooms, and triage. Responsible for maintaining a therapeutic, peaceful, clinical treatment environment Thorough shift-to-shift report received and given before and after each shift. All other duties as assigned. Schedule: 40 hours per week: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday *All agency staff must be awake during all scheduled hours* *All agency staff are required to attend all mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings* Requirements An active CNA/MA/PCA Certification from the State of Connecticut (preferred), or equivalent experience.
