How We Determined This

Utilizing the Department of Education College Scorecard data, we identified the junior college in each state with the highest job placement rates ten years post-graduation.

We ranked all colleges nationally from highest to lowest employment rates, excluding any institutions that did not provide this data. Our focus was on colleges that primarily offer two-year degrees or certificates, intentionally omitting several notable four-year institutions.

Ultimately, we selected the college with the highest employment rate in each state, rounding the figures to two decimal points for clarity.
