What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering, with demonstrated expertise in leading and delivering complex projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) License (Texas or New Mexico preferred) must have current, active licensure in Texas or New Mexico, or current, active licensure in a US jurisdiction and the ability to obtain licensure in Texas and New Mexico with 6 months. No disciplinary action taken on any professional license for technical or ethical issues
A deep understanding of project management, client relations, and strategic business development.
Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, with a strong passion for professional growth and continuous learning.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass the drug tests.

A driller assistant will assist the crew chief in solid stem and hollow stem auger drilling techniques. Site investigation/geotechnical drilling is done to determine the soil characteristics on construction sites. Work is outdoors. The work is generally physically demanding. Primary Responsibilities

Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule, and budget, and communicates these to project team members; monitors/manages project production for compliance with schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Identifies new business opportunities for AECOM, coordinates and participates in project presentations to clients and other external groups, and promotes AECOM's capabilities, marketing its services among existing and prospective clients.
Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors and drafts complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management.
May supervise technical professionals, associate project managers, and design staff including workload and staffing management.
Assisting with marketing needs within the region.
Participating in professional societies relevant to the industry.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
8 + years of relevant experience in large diameter conveyance systems design.
Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida.
Wastewater experience required.
Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design, including pipelines and lift stations.
3+ years of Project Management Experience.
Experience with design-build or alternative project delivery methods.
Experience and familiarity with the following programs: AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, Sewer/Water CAD.
Experience working with local clients in Florida.
Candidates must have proven interpersonal skills, including client interaction, public speaking, and persuasive ability; strong project financial management along with ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplined teams.
