Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with occupancy, sales, and revenue goals; allocate 50-70% of spend to digital channels (web, PPC, social, SEO, programmatic, email).
* Steward brand standards, narrative, and positioning in all collateral, events, PR, and digital assets.
* Ensure seamless CRM adoption, analytics reporting, and full-funnel digital campaign optimization.
* Oversee website UX, digital content, SEO implementation, and social engagement to increase qualified leads.
* Direct traditional media (TV & Radio), direct mail, print, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
* Manage agency and vendor relations for creative, paid media, and advanced digital tactics.
* Mentor, manage, and motivate a performance-driven marketing team.
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience. Must be able to live in the platforms and pull the levers yourself.
* Experience with complex, high consideration or luxury categories (e.g. hospitality, luxury apartments/real estate, healthcare).
* Demonstrated experience with and ability to leverage existing and new AI capabilities within the digital marketing space.
* Comfortable looking across all digital channels to find incremental lift
