We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, including Okuma and possibly Mills, to ensure the production of high-quality parts. This role involves setting up machines, changing tooling, performing inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate 2-3 CNC machines (Okuma) and potentially Mills.
+ Load and unload machine(s) as required.
+ Position parts correctly within the machine work holding.
+ Change machine tooling as needed with 6-7 different pieces of tooling.
+ Make process adjustments to maintain productivity and part quality.
+ Perform all required inspections and document inspection results.
+ Utilize inspection and measurement gauges such as micrometers and calipers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with CNC operations.
+ Ability to perform tool changes, adjustments, tear downs, and setups.
+ Proficiency in reading and using measurement tools like micrometers.
+ Possession of a GED or high school diploma.
