What You'll Do
Provide first-level technical support for users-troubleshooting software, hardware, and peripheral issues.
Respond to support tickets and calls quickly and courteously, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with System Engineers and other team members to resolve escalated issues.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers and software tools.
Work primarily during 1st shift hours (after 6 months, paid on-call rotation every 8 weeks)
What You'll Bring
A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems (through coursework, internships, or professional experience).
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
or
Associate's degree plus related work experience.
Basic understanding of networking and remote access troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to collaborate with peers and support users at all levels of the organization.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you will be supporting multiple sites (mileage will be compensated).
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in a helpdesk, customer support, or IT internship role.
Exposure to healthcare, radiology, or medical informatics systems (a plus, not required).

Skill sets:
Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11.
Comfortable working with end users to assist with any basic questions on computer usage. (How to open programs/install a printer/basics of MS Office)
Comfortable swapping computer hardware/peripherals.
Basics of installing software/drivers within Windows.
Job Description:
Our client is upgrading our workstation fleet from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Our client currently has ~5K desktops and laptops that need to be upgraded.
Some older hardware is being physically replaced, while newer hardware is being reimaged to Windows 11.
The client will provide training on internal processes such as imaging/software installation.
This role entails PXE installing Windows 11 onto workstations via BigFix OS Deployment - our PXE boot software. Then, installing drivers/software/configuring the replacement to match the old device. Then, physically swapping the replacement.
This is across our Health System, but the current focus would be in South Bend and Elkhart. However, we have several off-site clinics/locations, so some driving will be required.

Role Overview:
Provides overall service necessary for the installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment to best meet customer needs, requirements and specifications within the corporate safety guidelines. This position will monitor dispenser equipment to ensure that it is operating as expected. Performs routine maintenance and determines when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Troubleshoots and identifies what may be causing an operating error and seeks problem resolution.
Requirements
Minimum High School diploma or GED or work experience equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required - experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred.
Good computer and communication skills
Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred. If not currently certified, can achieve certification when directed.
Must be able to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
Customers to be served are located throughout the region, minimum of 30 percent of this role involves driving; occasionally, overnight travel will be required.
Physical abilities to include Routinely carry heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment. Climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable throughout customer's plant. Able to drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed.
Physical duties expectation:
Walking/standing: 40-80%
Sitting: 30-50%
Lifting (up to 70lbs/31kgs): 30%
Work independently and with little supervision.
Demonstrated ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded, strapped, and secured with our necessary tanks and equipment.
