    Pay: Depends on experience **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and balers. + Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine system checks. + Assist with minor equipment modifications and fabrication projects, which may involve cutting, welding, and using power tools. + Perform maintenance on facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. Conduct required inspections of safety features like eye wash stations and emergency exit lighting. + Strictly follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Record maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment issues in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
