    We are seeking a skilled **Lead Carpenter/Subforeman** to work on commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate can oversee the layout, interpret drawings, create material lists, and manage framing, act ceilings, and drop ceilings. **Responsibilities** + Perform installation tasks and assist in leading a crew of up to 15 members. + Conduct layouts and read construction drawings accurately. + Create comprehensive material lists for projects. + Oversee framing, act ceilings, and drop ceilings installations. + Ensure all work adheres to quality and safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in construction and carpentry. + Experience in framing and finish carpentry. + Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings. + Experience in commercial construction. + Competency in rough carpentry and metal stud work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 62 certification. + SST certification. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity with the potential for advancement and the chance to transition to a permanent role after six months.
