    We are seeking a dedicated quality technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with trainers and supervisors to learn and execute the processes within our facility. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in all aspects of the role. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with trainers and supervisors to learn company processes. + Walk the entire facility, covering multiple miles a day if needed. + Utilize basic hand and power tools effectively. + Use Microsoft systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for data logging. + Monitor and track tools and tests conducted within the facility. + Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to identify improvements and issues. + Assist in troubleshooting issues with any floor Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). + Report and document non-conformance, corrective actions, and continuous improvements. **Essential Skills** + Quality and mechanical inclination. + Automotive experience required. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to walk 8-10 hours a day, covering multiple miles. + Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. + High school diploma or GED is required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with reading GD&T and engineering drawings. + Familiarity with CMM machines. + Quality and mechanical experience, such as experience as a lube tech, home mechanic, or assembler. **Why Work Here?** Our company values employee growth and provides training opportunities to become a technician.
