Carley is seeking to hire an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III to perform complex maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on aircraft systems and related equipment to support training system operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AT CARLEY:
The Aircraft Mechanic III maintains, repairs, and modifies aircraft structures, structural components, and engines of complex to extreme difficulty. This includes servicing flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and other mechanical components while applying technical knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems to diagnose and correct malfunctions. The mechanic interprets technical data such as blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to resolve complex problems and restore systems to operational condition. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, sheet metal repair, structural modification, and basic electrical system functionality. The Aircraft Mechanic III utilizes specialized tools including test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, and sheet metal fabrication tools, and provides expert technical guidance as needed to support safe and effective maintenance operations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED - REQUIRED; an Associate's degree in aviation maintenance or a related field - PREFERRED
Minimum of five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience - REQUIRED
Advanced knowledge of aircraft mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems - REQUIRED
Proficiency with diagnostic and test equipment, as well as a strong understanding of maintenance documentation - REQUIRED
Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical data including blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - REQUIRED
Experience working with military aircraft platforms is highly desirable.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance - REQUIRED
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving maintenance conditions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
Ability to work flexible schedules or support deployment-related requirements when necessary - REQUIRED
U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

+ Guides the mechanics in the handling and operation of shop equipment, ground equipment, vehicles, fuel dispensing equipment and tools to assure equipment is used safely and kept in serviceable condition.
+ Ensures all departmental internal company forms, maintenance records documents, work orders, manual revision compliance, etc. is completed accurately. Monitors and updates timekeeping and payroll entry on a timely basis.

Position Summary
As the Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, you will impact PSA Airlines' business growth by conducting aviation repairs and services that allow for operations to be on time. By executing maintenance procedures in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards, you are ensuring safe and reliable flights.
Job Responsibilities
Will perform tasks necessary to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations and accept the responsibility for work performed by themselves and/or in conjunction with others and sign for same on the Company's approved forms.
Keep work areas clean. Return all equipment and tools to assigned areas. A&P Technicians will report all inoperative or faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic in charge.
Work will consist of and include any and all phases of repair and maintenance of aircraft with the aid of the employee's own tools, specialty tools provided by the Company, the use of test equipment, and Company-supplied technical manuals.
In certain cases, and A&P Technician may be authorized to perform required inspection items and assist in Company training programs.
Will at the commencement of each repair or inspection initiate the proper documentation. Parts tags will include a complete description of the discrepancy on all removed parts. Determine if the work to be performed is a Required Inspection Item.
Verifying, through proper documentation, that any part installed on any aircraft or component is approved for that aircraft or component and has been visually inspected and is free of damage or contamination.
Assure that hangar workshops and other areas assigned are maintained in an orderly manner.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor through the Lead Mechanic.

Experience using specialized tools required for military aviation electrical connector assembly/disassembly and other associated electrical terminating devices is required. Aircraft modification and operational checks experience required. Contractor must have experience in electrical harness fabrication and braiding.
Electrical Knowledge: The Contractor shall have the ability to follow and accomplish tasks in accordance with existing published technical data. The Contractor shall have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications required to accomplish maintenance tasks and modifications. Here's what you'll do
Assigns, leads, and directs the work of AMT's under his/her supervision
Ensures that all work performed and maintenance duties are in accordance with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and company policy and procedures
Responsible and accountable for all work performed at the local station
Communicates with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) with aircraft status
Complete all appropriate Breeze forms on all work assigned and performed
Properly handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft while in the repair process
Ensure that all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions
Complete all associated and required documentation for all maintenance work performed or inspections conducted accurately and correctly
Submit personal OJT Task Cards on time and accurately
Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and operative condition and ensure all tools are accounted for at completion of all assigned tasks
Properly care for and use tooling and equipment used for aircraft maintenance
Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and all other appropriate Team Members of any condition that would compromise the airworthiness of Breeze aircraft
Maintain a valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate and keep the certificate available for inspection by the FAA, NTSB, or Breeze Supervisor/Manager
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Leadership, MOC, and/or DOM
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence

Must be at least 18 years of age

General Purpose of Job: The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp operations, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required.
Duties:
Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft in accordance to specific standards
Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the Company's facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields, remove trash, perform lavatory service and check tire pressures as requested
Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil, and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating, and performing minor maintenance to this equipment
Use safety related equipment and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed
Performs grounds keeping and janitorial maintenance duties, drives snow plow and assist with snow removal as required
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas in and about the Company's vicinity
Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing services they may require
Assist with daily fuel farm inspections including performing preloading and quality control inspections
Perform daily and monthly fuel truck safety inspections. Ensure vehicles are in safe operating order and running properly
Maintain compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, Local and Avflight safety policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High School diploma or GED equivalent,
2 years related experience, Aviation experience a plus
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid Driver's license with a good driving record within company standards
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software for paperwork and computer transactions
Ability to write clearly and legibly
Ability to push/pull/lift 70 lbs. for extended periods of time
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Must be available and willing to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays
Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment

Must be able to carry 70 pound suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry 70 pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet; Must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time. Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.

Aircraft Mechanic II (23022):
Aircraft Mechanics II must have a combination of experience to repair engines, sheet metal, and structural, hydraulic, electrical, power train and general mechanical maintenance of moderate difficulty, required to meet the assigned missions. Additionally provides input to Maintenance Engineering Changes (MEC), Estimated Cost of Damage preparation (ECOD) and assist in the recommendation of changes to (MWO). Individuals must be able to prioritize workloads and are required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks. Mechanic IIs can inspect Mechanic IIs and Is. This mechanic maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts, requires broad knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modifications and repair, must have basic knowledge of electrical theory, must have thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. This job requires working knowledge of technical publications. The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records. Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects. May require specialization in sheet-metal, electric work, avionics or other aircraft systems related disciplines.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Aircraft Mechanic II (Sheet Metal):
Sheet Metal Experience: Minimum of six years total experience in aircraft maintenance support with two years on F-15 aircraft as a sheet metal mechanic. The Contractor shall have the skill to remove and replace F-15 aircraft structural parts and accessories/components and the skill to make adjustments and settings according to established specifications and drawings. Experience in performing or supervising functions such as fabricating, repairing, assembling, or installing aircraft metals, plastics, fiberglass, composites, or honeycomb parts; and corrosion identification, removal, and applying coatings and markings is required. Experience in specialized skills such as taper locks and cold working bushings may be required.
Sheet Metal Knowledge: The Contractor shall have the ability to follow and accomplish tasks in accordance with existing published technical data. The Contractor shall have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications required to accomplish maintenance tasks and modifications. Knowledge is mandatory of structural assembly and modification engineering drawings; concepts and application of maintenance directives; meaning of symbols used in structural and mechanical diagrams, blueprints; using and interpreting measuring devices; and proper handling, use, and disposal of hazardous waste and materials.
Other: Normal color vision as defined in AFI 48-123, Medical Examinations and Standards is mandatory for this specialty.
Responsibility: Performs requirements in accordance with the procedures established in the PWS. Performs diagnosis and corrective actions, disassembles, inspects, evaluates, and accomplishes necessary repairs, lays out work according to technical instructions and technical directives. Determines what repairs, modifications, and part replacements are required. May be required to verify work performed by another for which he/she is qualified to perform.

Basic Qualifications:

Two years' experience on F-15 aircraft
Must be able to work shift schedules as required per Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Must be able work work-week schedules i.e. M-F, Sn-Th or as required per PWS

Employees will receive a minimum health and welfare fringe benefit of $2.65 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.
