You'll work in a collaborative, high-performance MRO environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. What You'll Do: * Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems. * Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance. * Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability. * Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems. * Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies. * Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data. * Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required. * Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards. * Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures. * Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting. Position Requirements: * Minimum 7 years of experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft. * Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License. * Ability to read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams. * Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in physically demanding conditions. * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. * Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. In this role, you'll perform detailed airframe maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of corporate jet platforms including Learjet, Embraer, Challenger, and Falcon aircraft. You'll work in a collaborative, high-performance MRO environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. What You'll Do * Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems. * Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance. * Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability. * Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems. * Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies. * Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data. * Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required. * Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards. * Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures. * Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting. Position Requirements * Minimum 7 years of experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft (Gulfstream, Embraer, Challenger, Global, Learjet, Hawker.) * Available to work 6:30am-3:00pmm M-F with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business needs. * Ability to read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and schematic diagrams. * Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in physically demanding conditions. * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. * Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Characteristics * Experience in an MRO or Service Center environment. * Factory-authorized training on corporate aircraft or Honeywell engines. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills. * Excellent communication and documentation abilities. * Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals. * Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
