Validates required monitoring and process evaluation of a site facility including evaluation of current process conditions and implementation of plant loading plans; evaluates and implements continuous improvement opportunities and ideas. Safety & Regulatory Compliance Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements. Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions. The Manager, Electrical Maintenance will focus on the planning and execution necessary to maximize generation and availability. They will lead a team of engineers and specialists, and report directly to the Head of Cross Technical Services What You'll Do at Enel North America: Responsibilities, include, but not limited to: * Overall responsibility for the performance of MV/HV Electrical Assets. OPEX and CapEx budgeting and control. * Overall management of the MV/HV infrastructure onsite and remote operations. * Provide technical support in resolving codes and standards issues (NEC, NESC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, UL, IEC, CSA) * Development of processes and procedures to safely and effectively operate and maintain the EGPNA Wind O&M fleet * Provide engineering consulting support to other areas of the organization, including Construction and Power Marketing. * Manage, with the support of the EGPNA EHS department, an effective EHS program in accordance with all EGPNA policies, applicable laws and regulations and permits. * Work with the Maintenance Planning team to develop and manage the implementation of a strategy for maintenance activities. Support maintenance team members as well as contractors to ensure tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Assist Maintenance Technicians with duties as necessary; this includes, but is not limited to, routine cleaning and testing and working on the floor with Technicians when shutdowns occur. Schedule and complete work orders and projects needed for repair or upgrades. Coordinate facility shutdown planning and execution with the management team.
