Ice Hockey instilled toughness -College instilled drive and reason-Personal loss brought humility and faith-Wildland fire fighting revealed the power of nature-Wind energy industry fueled the entrepreneur spirit, which has been growing for the last sixteen years-Faith in Jesus ushered in truth, hope and purpose.

Today, I am proud to have a role in guiding a nationally successful and fast growing vocational training company helping to execute the DoD Skillbridge program on active duty military bases around the country and focused on transitioning service members. Along with our Tehachapi CA campus focused on veterans, we have trained over 5500 students and growing and helped partner them with veteran ready companies in high growth industries to launch their civilian careers.

► Helped start, build and grow a national vocational training program focused on helping over 4000 veterans find a career to execute their civilian mission of life.

► Worked in the early ever-changing wind industry to help shape the direction of performance analysis.

► Successfully navigated the growth of a training sector through a new U.S. Department of Defense transition process into one of the most successful military transition solutions of modern time.
