Eric Nelson is a President and COO at Akkadian Labs and Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) at The Endurance Group and is based in New, York. He has worked as CFO at Big Day Productions LLC; VP, Finance and Administration at Adaptigent; and VP of Finance and Administration at RedCelsius. Eric attended State University of New York at Oswego (SUNY Oswego) between 1990 and 1994.

Mary Corradino is known as a person who tasks herself and others to be their best selves. She partners with people to face challenges, push past boundaries and comfort zones, to achieve great things in their careers.

Mary has worked in both human resources and executive coaching for over a decade and partners with colleagues every day so each person contributes to their organization in the best possible ways.

Mary hones her skills by working with experts and mentors, practicing meditation, and always asking the people in her life for their input on how she can do better and grow. She is a fitness enthusiast and is passionate about adventure travel, visiting off-the-beaten path places which push her far outside what’s familiar and comfortable. These activities have helped her to build resilience and an awareness that is foundational to her life and the lives of the people she works with.

In addition, her passion for photography allows her to memorialize each event and create a unique perspective which she shares through her own lens.
