I thought the pros were it was close to home.
In my experience the cons of working at Alberto culver are very many. I was treated unfairly. I was in claims and lost a great deal of weight. I didn't have money to buy clothes. They were neat but too big on me. My boss told me I should go out and buy some clothes. He also asked me why I don't wear dresses. He told me if I didn't buy new clothes I could be fired.
There are none.
I wore a skirt and blouse and brought my experience in. I was hired in claimes and I had worked 8 years in claims at a different company.
I didn't they were very chauvanistic. The best part was that Billy Dee Williams was a share holder.
I would hire different people that would treat everyone similar.
