Purpose The Safety Training Specialist will play a key role in fostering a safe, world-class Distribution environment through education, monitoring, and compliance efforts. The Safety and Training Specialist will be responsible for assisting the development, coordination, and implementation of safety and training programs to ensure the health and safety of all employees in accordance with company policies, OSHA standards, and relevant industry regulations. Responsibilities Communicates the safety program requirements to DC leadership across multiple assigned sites Monitor, interpret, and assess existing or emerging EHS laws, regulations, regulatory policies, and industry practices; determine operational and business impacts; and develop, integrate, communicate, and execute strategies to manage EHS outcomes effectively.
