MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) in Stafford VA. This position will support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) and Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) dedicated Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Task Force was tasked to research, design, and provide initial deliveries of non-Military Construction (MILCOM) ICD 705 compliant structures to select Marine Corps operating units.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist MCSC Program Office with tracking program performance, costs, and schedules, while collaborating on risk management and status reporting. This includes updating the government's risk management tool system and conducting risk reporting during program management and risk management events.
Assist MCSC Program Office to draft, review, and recommend changes to documentation in support of the acquisition milestone cycle. All documentation shall follow the DoD 5000, SECNAVINST 5000.2G, MARCORSYSCOM Acquisition Guidebook, and documentation templates to include Acquisition Plans, Single Acquisition Management Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, and Program Management Reviews.
Provide comprehensive support for programmatic activities, including coordinating and attending meetings, documenting key points and action items, preparing presentation/briefing materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.
Assist MCSC prepare acquisition packages such as but not limited to Acquisition Strategy, Statement of Work, IGCE, and QASP.
Provide liaison between MCSC Program Office, ICD 705 Task Force and MCWL X711 Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years' total experience that can be made up from Marine Corps experience with Navy/Marine Corps acquisition/program/project support and/or experience with program/projectmanagement supporting the planning and construction of ICD 705 type structures or facilities.
Ability to perform 5% travel; ability to travel to Marine Corps locations around Stafford Virginia, National Capital Region, and perspective or active performer sites.
Highly proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification or equivalent DAU a plus.
Formal education/training on SCIF and/or SAPF construction a plus.
Clearance Requirements:
Candidate must have an active current TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to maintain construction security oversight in outdoor environment; walk (with personal protective equipment) to inspect and document delivery of components and assembly/construction of structure.

3 - 5+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)
Experience working within an established PMO process
Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors
Experience managing 3rd party support vendors
General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
Preferred Skills
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools

This role is critical to ensure seamless communication between contractor personnel and government stakeholders, timely delivery of contract requirements, and operational continuity across all subtasks and functional areas.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison between contractor staff and government personnel
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required deliverables per the Performance Requirements Summary
* Oversee invoice preparation and submission to ensure compliance and timeliness
* Provide regular operational updates to the government, highlighting key mission activities and milestones
* Maintain continuity of operations during employee transitions, onboarding, or labor category changes
* Prevent single points of failure by ensuring knowledge transfer and cross-training
* Support all projects and tasks by:
* Coordinating with government procurement personnel to acquire necessary materials
* Scheduling qualified personnel to meet project deadlines
* Leveraging 'reach-back' capabilities to access additional expertise or staffing as needed
* Documenting project requirements, resources, and schedules, and submitting them to the designated government point of contact
* Adhere to all specifications, guidelines, and directives provided by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Qualifications:
* Must be US Citizen
* Requires a Top-Secret clearance (SCI Poly may be required later).
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
