In 1980, he also co-founded Grou La Salle & Associates, Chartered Accountants and was its Partner until 2004. He has been the Executive Chairman and Executive Director at Sama Resources Inc./Ressources Sama Inc. since October 15, 2012. He serves as the Chairman of Semafo Energie Inc., Piper Resources Ltd., and Afcan Mining Corporation. He served as the Chairman of ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc. from May 25, 2007 to May 2008.
