Jeremiah Fleming has been with AltiGen since April 2007. Mr. Fleming has 25+ years of experience in the software and communications industries, primarily with smaller fast growing companies, and has a strong background in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining AltiGen, Mr. Fleming was at Interactive Intelligence, Inc. where he served in an executive management capacity for the past ten years, including international responsibilities, culminating in his role as president of the Vonexus subsidiary launched in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Fleming spent five years at Software Artistry in various management positions, including Vice President, Domestic Sales, and 5 years at Computer Associates in various sales and sales management capacities. Mr. Fleming holds both B.A and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Missouri.

Philip M. McDermott has served AltiGen in this capacity for ten+ years. His long time experience in the communications industry includes positions at 3Com Corp. where he served as Director of Finance America Sales from 1995 to June 1999. Mr. McDermott has also held the position of VP of Finance, Operations, and Administration for Chipcom Corp. Prior to Chipcom, Mr. McDermott served as CFO for four years at David Systems Inc. and has also held executive positions with Prentice Corp. and Northern Telecom. He received certified Management Account accreditation from the Society of Management Accounting in Montreal, Canada.

I am a technology pioneer with more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry.

Recently acquired by Altigen Communications, I am responsible for driving previously related CoreInteract technology and innovation.

Previously in my role as CEO of Blue Panda Communications I was responsible for the global launch for a first of its kind Contact Center designed around Unified Communications. Designing and managing the launch marketing, sales channel, product placement and all other roles in preparation for the launch.

Previously in my role as Pre-Sales Director, Globally at OBT Anywhere, I am responsible for providing technical consultation to the company’s prospects and clients, including developing customer proof of concept solutions for the company’s white-label Hosted Lync service, conducting product demonstrations and formulating customized proposals.

I was previously President and CEO of Prometheus Networks, which was acquired by Hosted Lync specialist and Microsoft Gold Hosting Partner OBT Anywhere in 2012. During my ten years with Prometheus Networks, I was instrumental in creating the world’s first VoIP hosted telephony solution and deployed one of the first Microsoft Virtual Server and Hyper-V deployments in the world.

Prior, I was a Systems Engineer at Beneficial Financial Group in Salt Lake City where I managed various end user customer projects, including system deployment, disaster recovery and business resumption. I have also worked in Colorado in network engineering and computer technical roles at Microservices and Banktech
