AMC Bridge CEO and leadership

Michael Ludensky is the co-founder, CEO, and CFO of AMC Bridge. Under his direction, the company has grown to become a world-class technical team specializing in CAD and CAM, engineering and product lifecycle applications, and cloud technologies.

Michael collaborates with the other AMC Bridge executives in the US and staff in Ukraine to control the company’s strategic planning and development. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s internal processes, vision, structure, and policies. In his CFO capacity, Michael is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and management.

Michael began his career in Dnipro, Ukraine, where he worked for several institutes as a research scientist. After immigrating to the United States in 1991, he held technical leadership positions at Lonza Inc., a bioengineering company.

Michael holds a master’s degree in Physics and a doctorate in Environmental Sciences from Dnipro University.

I am the COO and co-founder of AMC Bridge. I was instrumental in creating the company’s Dnipro development center that transformed from a small regional department to a powerful development team, as well as formation of other company development centers.

I have diverse software development experience and a proven record of project management.

Before AMC Bridge, I held positions of software engineer and senior scientist in Ukrainian companies and scientific institutions.
