Kiran Gaudioso is Chief Executive Officer at United Way of Northern New Jersey. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Community Relations. Prior to joining UWNNJ, Kiran was the Vice President of Program Operations at New Jersey After 3. Kiran also worked as Director of Mentoring, Volunteerism & Enrichment Programs of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity; Director of Program of Administration and Development for the New Jersey Community Development Corporation; The Executive Director of Jersey Cares; and Policy Adviser in the Governor’s Office of Volunteerism in the New Jersey Department of Human Services, She holds a Masters in Political Science/Public Policy - and is also a graduate of the National New Generation Training Program for professionals in the field of youth and community service. Training and Professional Development: Developed training modules using situational leadership for use in volunteer management, board development, coalition building, fundraising, and service learning.
