Answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies. Promote upcoming tournaments and special events. Assist with processing player registration and buy-ins (following all company cash handling procedures). Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests Assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc. Utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (Required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide excellent service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of poker (a plus, but not required). Work Environment: Casino gaming environment with noise, bright lights, and high-energy atmosphere. Shift availability: Day shifts Evening shifts Night shifts Weekends/Holidays as needed Physical Requirements: This position is an on-site, in-person role. Mobility/Endurance: Requires working shifts that can last several hours with prolonged periods of repetitive motions, sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility. Vision: The ability to observe multiple poker tables simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication: Frequent interaction with guests, requiring clear communication and customer service skills. Environment: Comfort working in a loud, busy environment with background noise from the poker games.
