Job DescriptionCity of Providence Parks Department - City Center Rink City Center Rink is in the heart of downtown Providence between Biltmore and Burnside Park. It is one of the 120 city parks in Providence, including 12 downtown parks. During the winter season, The Providence Rink serves over 50,000 ice skating and ice bumper car patrons. It is the premier destination for visitors to explore our downtown parks and a staple in the community for outdoor activities. The City Center Rink is looking for a seasonal Ice Bumper Car Host position. The staff member will work under the supervision of assistant managers and will report to the City Center Manager. Opportunities at the City Center Rink are fun, fast paced and challenging. Ice Bumper Car Hosts should be able to work in a high volume customer service setting and also be comfortable working and walking on the ice surface. Ice Bumper Cars run Monday - Friday 4:00-8:00PM (shifts are 3:30PM-8:30PM). Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM-2:00PM (shifts are 8:30AM-2:30PM). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Attend required training dates Monitoring all bumper car sessions Giving orientations about how to operate the cars safely Customer service and skate rentals Monitoring the bumper areas Cleaning and sanitizing bumper cars Assist and show customers how to get in and out of the car Assist in opening and closing of the facility Meeting high levels of customer service Setup bumper car area and bumper cars Notice when bumper car batteries are low and notice issues or broken components Communicate to patrons about bumper car rules Communicate to staff via radio Communicate clearly and positively with all customers and staff Understand how the online payment system works Other duties may be assigned Requirements: Evening and weekend hours and holidays will be included - must be available for some holidays and during School Vacation(s) Open on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, & New Years Day School Vacations are from 12/22/25-1/2/26 & 2/16/26-2/17/26 Experience with customer service in a public setting Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person Powered by JazzHR I7Uj8ccPXx

Overview: The Community Host is a part-time temporary position lasting between 3 - 6 months. The position will be responsible for providing support to a specific residential community in Sun City, FL. The individual must have a valid real estate license. This is an onsite role (not hybrid or remote). Estimated 25-30 hours per week. What you will do: Placing and removing lockboxes from homes. Opening vacant homes for prospects to view (and locking them). Greet prospects and ensure that they feel welcome. Providing information about available homes to visitors; place collateral inside units. Stocking drinks/snacks for visitors. Tidying up vacant units so that they are presentable for prospective visitors. Inspecting homes for damage. Ensuring completion of repairs and identify potential repair issues. Utilize technology and systems as required. Proactively communicate with Leasing Agents and VP Leasing. Track hours daily and submit weekly report to VP Leasing. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. What you bring to the role: ***Must have a valid real estate license*** A friendly and helpful personality and communication style when meeting with prospective residents. High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Experience in property management or similar role is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of rental property management standards and practices preferred but not required. Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor work in all types of weather conditions. May sit or stand for several hours at a time; climb up and down stairs multiple times each day; and lift up to 20 lbs.
