The Role
The ACS Equity Capital Markets ("ECM") team manages all equity-market-related transactions across the Apollo ecosystem, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-On Offerings, and Block Trades. The team plays a key role throughout the lifecycle of Apollo's investments by shaping exit strategies, supporting portfolio companies, generating market insights, and exploring new exit technology & alternatives.
The ACS ECM team is seeking an Analyst to join their growing New York team - primary responsibilities include:
* Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in underwriting exit assumptions, crafting equity theses, and preparing companies for public market exits
* Develop timely insight into current equity markets and sector trends
* Support senior-level team in driving execution for equity-related transactions throughout the lifecycle of the investment (including the execution of IPOs and secondary sales)
* Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses
* Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects
* Build and maintain databases relevant to the business
Qualifications & Experience
* 1 - 2 years of analyst experience at an investment bank within equity capital markets, private capital markets, financial sponsor coverage, or an industry vertical
* Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player
* Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills
* Excellent written, oral communication, and reasoning skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
* Interest in equity markets withan understanding of macro trends and market environment

Pay Range
$110,000 - $150,000

In this role, the Analyst will support the U.S. Banks Privacy Risk Program by driving compliance with the Firm's Privacy Risk Policy and Procedures. The Analyst will be responsible for managing and reviewing U.S. Banks processes to promote compliance with privacy standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves identifying potential privacy concerns in client complaints, reviewing requests for U.S. Banks client and product data, as well as conducting testing of incident management impacts, and initiating appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities
Complaints Review and Analysis
Conduct monthly reviews of a high volume of complaints to identify privacy-related issues, including breaches and access requests.
Analyze complaint trends and escalate findings to relevant stakeholders for remediation.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all reviews and actions taken.
Data Sharing Requests
Manage the pipeline of requests, providing requestors with forms and information as needed.
