I have led B-to-B software businesses (up to $1B in revenue) over the past 10 years with a focus on improving the performance of IT infrastructure, networks and applications to deliver a better end-user experience. As senior vice president and general manager with Riverbed Technology, I led the turnaround of an underperforming business unit, transforming double digit declines into double digit growth. I restructured the business as we took Riverbed private, overhauled the product portfolio, and executed strategic acquisitions to enhance the company’s competitive position. As a result of our success, I led and recently completed the creation of Aternity LLC, a carve-out from Riverbed. As Aternity’s chief technology officer, I integrated selected hyper-growth technologies into a single SaaS solution to help power triple digit growth.
