Ari de Sá Cavalcante Neto is a member of the board of directors and is Chief Executive Officer, positions he has held since February 2018. He has been a member of the advisory committee at Colégio Ari de Sá since 2007. Mr. de Sá Cavalcante Neto was an associate at Ernst & Young from 1998 to 2000. He was the chief operating officer of Colégio Ari de Sá from 2001 to 2005, and was an associate at McKinsey & Company in 2006. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

João Cunha is the Chief Product Officer. João has also been the CEO of SAS Digital, one of Arco’s core business units, since 2018. Prior to joining us, Mr. Cunha Silva was worked at Boston Consulting Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp), and a certificate from the Executive Leadership Development program at Stanford University.

As Arco’s CFO, Mr. Otero is responsible for leading its finance and investor relations strategy and contributing to the acceleration and continuous evolution of its business.

Mr. Otero joined Arco from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as an Executive Director since 2009, covering the education sector, among other industries. Mr. Otero has an extensive background in corporate finance, financial planning, investor relations and financial accounting.
