Prior to founding argodesign with his longtime colleague, Mark was the Chief Creative Officer of frogdesign, responsible for the creative direction of one of the most successful product design firms in the world. He joined frog in 1994 and co-founded the software design group, quickly establishing it as the largest part of frog's business and major force in its growth. Since then, he has continued to produce groundbreaking work for Fortune 500 clients, and guided the transformation of frog into a modern strategic design organization and one of the largest and most respected design organizations in the world.

Renae Alsobrook, COO of argodesign, has spent more than 20 years helping innovation companies reach their aspirations through effective leadership, business management and marketing expertise. Her work with companies large and small in the tech arena includes nearly ten years at Dell Computer, where she developed new models of demand generation and brand management through thoughtful customer segmentation. As a non-profit leader, she has expanded the reach of community organizations with a welcoming approach to volunteer recruitment, fundraising and program development. In her role at argodesign, Renae delights in working with the product design world's biggest thinkers, enjoying their energy and optimism, and paving the way for their exciting ideas to blossom.
