What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience or a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in lieu of a degree (high school diploma or equivalent required).
Experience successfully managing teams in insurance, financial services, call center, retail or other industries.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain an active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License (required).
Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment.
Strong results orientation, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt leadership styles to diverse individuals and situations.

Responsibilities:
Lead team programs to identify and measure cost-saving programs.

Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on the track to become one.

1+ years leading process improvement initiatives or large scale projects
Working knowledge of NCQA and state/federal regulatory requirements for the areas served by the team

About the role:
You will drive clinical performance within their own department and the departments they serve. Responsibilities:
Review and maintain, based on regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements, policies and procedures defining the completion of all department functions to ensure they meet the needs of our members, providers and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) or Master Degree in Social Work
6+ years of experience in healthcare, science, related field, or medical assistance in a payer or healthcare setting

3+ years of experience working in production/operations including case prioritization/case triage
1+ years leading process improvement initiatives or large scale projects
Working knowledge of NCQA and state/federal regulatory requirements for the areas served by the team
