Overview
Gallagher's fully dedicated Absence and Productivity Consulting team comprises professionals with an average of 20 years of experience, deep industry knowledge and a clear understanding of ever-changing regulations. We partner with clients to design innovative, compliant programs that support employee wellbeing while optimizing business performance. We work with HR and business leaders to assess your current programs, identify opportunities and define short- and long-term strategies that reduce complexity, improve communication, support employees and drive results.
How you'll make an impact
* Support Implementations for Life, Disability, FMLA and ADAA clients in the 5,000 + space
* Support carrier optimizations for Life, Disability, FMLA and ADAA.
* Support claims audits for Life, Disability, FMLA and ADAA.
* Provide ongoing service to clients above 5,000 lives based on services agreed to in SOW.
* Support New Logo finalist presentations for Life, Disability, FMLA and ADAA services to support the H & B producers.
* Drive new revenue to Gallagher through projects for Life, Disability and Absence Management.

About You
Required:
* 10 + years in the Life, Disability, FMLA, ADAA, PTO space
* Deep understanding of Paid Leave Law compliance, as well as, expertise in reviewing and harmonizing Time Away policies.

The VP, Finance will work with the CFO and finance team of ABC US's German parent company on financing, monthly financial performance, budgeting and forecasting updates, SAP setup and reporting, analysis, among other topics. This position will lead and manage the company's external partnerships, including banking relationships, insurance policies, coverage and strategies, audit and tax matters.
Essential Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and maintain performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
Analyze cash flow, cost controls, expenditures, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and direct cost savings/process improvement initiatives and financial improvement opportunities throughout the organization, partnering with department leaders on opportunities/issues.
Lead specific projects such as costing models, sales analysis, lean initiatives, etc. with the focus on improving efficiencies, processes vs. financial performance.
Lead budget process, including CAPEX.
Produce and update various reports such as OSMI, working capital analysis, etc.
Participate as a strong partner in the SIOP process, including sales forecast review, capacity/labor needs, inventory targets, etc.
Review vendor agreements with supply chain team, recommending edits and improvements to help improve company's strategic and financial position
Collaborate with German parent company on reporting and planning needs. Lead monthly review meetings.
General Ledger
Performs budget vs. actual monthly analysis for the corporate preparation of financial statements and reviews statements for accuracy and clarity.
Leads Year-End close, physical inventory and audit preparation along with Controller.
Serve as backup for Controller functions.
Issue monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and monitoring performance of the organization and individual departments.
Review and ensure monthly entries, balances, etc. are accurate and up to date.
Business Intelligence/IT
Lead Business Intelligence and IT Strategy development with respective leaders
Align resource/project priorities with business needs, ensure proper support (staffing, budgets, outside partners) to deliver projects.
Coordinate with German parent to ensure systems are aligned where necessary and projects/resources are not duplicated or executed in conflict with each other
Management
Manage finance, accounting functions
Lead finance and accounting team, as well as IT and BI teams; responsible for the development, training and evaluation of staff to help meet their individual goals as well as the needs of the department and organization.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational and growth strategy for a multi-location, service-based organization. What You'll Do:
Multi-Location Operational Leadership
Direct day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency in service delivery and operational standards.
Be present in the field-partner with branch leaders and service teams to solve challenges and improve workflows.
Implement best practices and standardized processes to drive efficiency and profitability across all locations.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for each branch, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Strategic Growth & Expansion
Execute short- and long-term growth strategies, including opening new locations and expanding service offerings.
Align regional operations with company-wide goals and executive priorities.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Develop and lead a sales strategy that drives revenue growth across all branches.
Support sales teams in building strong client relationships and resolving high-priority service issues.
Team Development & Culture
Build and mentor high-performing teams at every level-branch managers, field technicians, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative, safety-first culture grounded in accountability and transparency.
Lead workforce planning, hiring, and leadership development initiatives.
Financial Oversight
Manage budgets, expense controls, and full P&L responsibility for all locations.
Negotiate vendor agreements and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
8+ years of operational leadership with P&L responsibility, preferably in multi-location, service-based industries.
Experience in construction, service-based company, or field services strongly preferred.
Proven ability to scale operations, standardize processes, and lead teams across multiple sites.
Strong financial acumen and familiarity with job costing and project lifecycles.
Additional Details
Travel up to 35% across regional locations (primarily day trips).
Some on-call availability during evenings/weekends for emergency events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
