Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities, including coordination of subcontractors and materials.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe jobsite.
Schedule inspections, monitor project progress, and resolve field issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to track and report project milestones and budgets.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).

Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.
Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services major.
An active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Florida;
3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
2 or more years of management experience.
Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Confidential South Florida general contractor delivering ground-up multifamily/high-rise, condominium, and mixed-use developments across Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. The team is known for schedule discipline, quality delivery, and long-standing trade relationships.
Role Summary
Own the project lifecycle-from precon handoff through TCO and closeout-for mid/high-rise MF/condo and mixed-use work. You'll drive schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication while leading APM/PE staff and trade partners.
What You'll Do
Plan & buyout: Participate in precon, GMP/budget validation, scope packages, and trade buyout.
Schedule: Build/maintain CPM schedules; manage look-aheads and recovery plans.
Cost control: Own budget, forecasting, cost events, change orders, and pay apps.
Coordination: Lead OAC/sub trade meetings; oversee MEP coordination, cast-in-place structure, facade/exterior systems, and interiors sequencing.
Quality & safety: Enforce QA/QC, inspections, commissioning, and site safety standards.
Risk & issues: Drive RFIs/submittals/logs; resolve site conflicts; keep stakeholders aligned.
Closeout: Punch, turnover, O&M/warranties, and warranty handoff; mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
7+ years as a Project Manager with a GC, delivering ground-up MF/high-rise/condo or mixed-use projects.
Proven experience with cast-in-place concrete, podium/parking, vertical logistics, and South Florida building conditions (FBC, wind/HVHZ, waterproofing).
Strong financial acumen: budget management, forecasting, COs, owner/GC reporting.
Tools: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6, Excel.
Local market knowledge and active trade relationships in Palm Beach / North Broward.
BS in Construction Management, Civil/ME, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and leadership; able to lead APM/PEs and hold subs accountable.
Nice to Have
Delivered projects $50M-$200M+; LEED/green building exposure; OSHA 30.
Office and jobsite presence in West Palm Beach; minimal travel outside the market.
