We are looking for FieldService / Conveyor Belt Technicians/Maintenance/Millwrights to install, service and repair conveyor belts and components, motors and who have experience on Industrial jobsites, including Aggregate, Asphalt, Bulk Shipping Terminals, Ready-mix, Quarries and other types of Industrial / Manufacturing plants. We provide in house training programs for advancement. Any construction or millwright type jobs including steel fabrication, welding, proper rigging techniques and any conveyor experience is a plus. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Install new, change out, repair or splice conveyor belt
Demonstrate proper safe use of handling of tools, equipment and materials
Must be mechanically inclined
Follows instructions under the leadership of the Crew Lead to ensure all aspects of the job are covered to avoid any time-consuming delays as well as hazard and/or task training that may be required before the task begins
Ensures equipment is maintained in proper working order to avoid injury and work areas are kept clean/free of hazards which may endanger the health/safety of any employee
Take part of our Conveyor Technician training programs for advancement
Be willing and able to work a variety of schedules on-call, including dayshift, nightshift and weekends
Comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Reliable transportation/ Active Driver's License
Very Hands-on mechanically
Millwright experience a plus
Regular and punctual attendance
Ability to travel
Effective communication is required
Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
Job duties will be performed underground and on surface, those interested must be able to obtain all applicable Federal and State underground and surface certifications, successfully complete industry approved training courses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties to include but not limited to installation, set up programming, trouble shooting and repair of machinery, instruments, controls and related equipment.
Individual will demonstrate advanced electrical trouble shooting skills, a through working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the ability to install and maintain electrical systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Devise work schedules for repairs to be performed in the field which utilize available mechanics and service vehicles in the most cost efficient manner while taking into consideration parts availability and delivery schedules
Examine work orders, requisitions, service reports, claim forms, bills of lading, etc, for accuracy and by request of other departments, personnel or the customer; draft budget recommendations
Perform other work related duties as assigned
