John studied at UC Davis between 1979 and 1984, Birmingham between 1981 and 1982, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1984 and 1986.

Dr. Susana Navarro founded Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Navarro) in 1993 and serves as President and CEO. She earned a Masters and Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear and safety fields. Dr. Navarro has a strong commitment to ensure that Navarro provides exceptional performance with a focus on providing safe, high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services. Under her leadership, Navarro quickly grew from a two-person, single contract business to one of the most reputable government contractors and environmental service providers to the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Department of Defense, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The Navarro legacy continues to grow year-after-year due to our strong client relations, quality work, safety leadership, and exceptional personnel.

In business, Tim has provided over 10,000 hours of insight and specialist 'People' advice to senior BD executives, in both “one-on-ones” and “group” sessions. He sees the merging of Teamwork, External Collaboration (PPP's) and High Performance as the key intangible assets.Blue chip clients have included Coca Cola, Australia Post, Mayne, WA Government, Western Mining, NAB, Westpac, St George Bank, Commonwealth Bank, AV Jennings, AON, Teradata, Baxter Healthcare, Serco and many others.He has consulted to entrepreneurs such as the late Robert Holmes a Court and has software development joint ventures with computer giant (DEC), global accounting firm (BDO) and world wide HR group (Drake International).In pro sport, Tim worked with the NRL Coach of the Century, Jack Gibson, providing specialist know-how to his premiership winning teams, the Parramatta Eels; with Ben Lexen and the Australia II sailing syndicate; with the Rugby Super 14’s NSW Waratahs - working one-on-one with some of rugby's legends.Tim's book 'Lucky Rice,' won the Best Book - Gold Medal in the global eLit Awards. Tim has five adult children, resides in Sydney Australia and enjoys surfing, yoga and family.
