Key Responsibilities Residential Youth Support * Completes client screenings/assessments in collaboration with cottage treatment team. * Develops and implements safety and treatment plans in collaboration with cottage treatment team. * Provides individual, family, or group therapy both in-person and in-cottage. * Utilizes evidence based/promising practice principles (individually and as part of the cottage treatment team) to support youth. * Contributes to building and maintaining a treatment milieu which supports trauma resolution and clinical progress for the youth. * Lead the clinical milieu and participate in training/guiding all treatment team members. The Night Counselor is available to work four 10-hour shifts 10:30PM to 8:00AM. Encompass will train you to provide a host of services at our residential mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs. We are looking for individuals who have direct experience working with individuals who struggle with mental illness as well as people with a passion to serve this population.
